In collaboration with the internal SAF+ team and with the external specialists retained by SAF+, Pelcan Inc. participates in the identification of the activities required to achieve the objective of achieving the project and in the implementation of these activities by providing specialized expertise in the design, construction and management of major civil and industrial infrastructure development projects.
