Project Description: New Samuel-de-Champlain Bridge corridor (P3 – Public-Private Partnership)

• Design and construction of the new Samuel-de-Champlain Bridge and Highway Corridor (A-10, A-15, A-20) from Atwater (Montreal) to Blvd. Pelletier (Brossard)
• Operation, maintenance and rehabilitation over a 30 year period (2019-2049)

Services

• Follow-up on the Partnership Agreement’s requirements
• Asset Manager (Interim role Jan. 2020 – May 2021)
• Interface with the REM’s LRT project on the central corridor of the Samuel-de-Champlain Bridge
• Evaluation of access means and methods for inspection, maintenance, operation, repair and replacement of assets
• Setting up of project information for the Asset Information Management System (AIMS)
• Construction of a OMR facility for the administrative and operational project offices (30 years)
